Restaurants are listed in alphabetical order. At the top of each page are guides to various nutrition facts about each menu item including the nutrition value of each item in total calories, calories from fat, total fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrates, dietary fiber, sugar and protein. The listing also includes the total carbohydrate (carb) exchange and suggested exchange values (American Diabetes Assocation's Diabetes Exchanges, 2003) are provided for each item.
